Amazing vintage black on black velvet top handle handbag by Mr Chips.

Wow!! This designer brand was very popular in the late 1950's and 1960's!

The lining on the inside is vinyl. There is one zipper pocket and two open pockets on the inside. There are brass grommets on the bottom of the purse. The main zipper is brass stamped Mr Chips.

Very fun yet elegant purse to go with all your elegant or casual outfits ❤

No tears or rips. Very slight wear on the trim of the bag. See all photos.
