An original 1970s floral Indian paisley print dress in a vibrant pinky red and pale orange. The design boasts a high neck collar and a bibbed front yoke in a similar floral print. The dress has no fastenings and slips on over the head with a V neck opening in the yolk to allow access. We really love the pink corded fastenings which are hand embellished with gold thread and mini red pom poms! The silhouette is set off by delightful bishop style sleeves with elasticated cuffs. The dress falls gently from the yoke which is also edged in red piping. This dress is in very good to excellent vintage condition showing only very gentle signs of age appropriate wear - no holes, stains or rips. It is still vibrant and in a very desirable print. The label has been removed or fallen out with the passage of time; however, this an authentic and original dress by one of the great boho labels of this era possibly Anokhi or Adini. It will fit a range of sizes due to the loose fit and is most likely a cotton rayon blend.
