80s suit by that’s me! 100 % rayon fabric that feels like a lightweight flannel. Tagged size 11/12 , made in the USA. Dark green and black plaid with red paisley print. Victorian Styled top with slight leg of mutton sleeves, high neckline with military style metal buttons. Top is peplum style but I’m not sure that you can wear it untucked and there’s is a slight flaw in the way the hem is sewn on the back, see photos. Skirt closes with double button waist band. Slit pocket on each side. This is in excellent vintage condition and ready to wear.
