Size 58 is more likely up to feet' toes for 5'8" height so if you're between 5'4" to 5'6" may need to wear shoes with 2-4 inches heels.

Size 60 is more likely up to feet' toes for  6' flat height so if you're between 5'8" to 5'10" may need to wear shoes with 2-4 inches heels.

The Kaftan free size(one size fits all) and is available in 58 or 60-inch length. Measure your shoulder to feet and add heel length to decide if you need 58 or 60.
