You don't have to find a professional tailor to measure it for you. Please ask your family or friends to help you with the measurement. Please measure 3 times carefully according to the photos and requirements we sent to get the accurate measurement data and send it to me,We will make your wedding dress according to the data provided by you.

Shipping methods  

Item will be send by TNT,UPS,FedEx, DHL,EMS,China Post etc.

Shipping time:4-7days by TNT,UPS,Fedex,DHL etc.

This is an international shipment.Item will be couriered from China to your address.

We may fold the gown inside our to protect the beading or lace. We will put the gown in a courier bag. Steam press is recommended after international transportation.Before shipment we will do a careful examination,tried to be no problems.But if the buyer get the goods found problems, please contact with us,we will help you properly addressed.

About custmos fee

To be honest,in most time,the buyer don’t need to pay customs fee.But sometimes customs tax are charged.Usually the seller don’t accountable any customs fee,please check out the customs policy in your own place.

Return and return policy

Please confirm our order(right size,color,style)carefully before you decide to place the order. All the orders are arranged according to your order confirmation.As always,if there is a problem or if the item is unsatisfactory,please do contact us first for a quick and satisfactory solution,such as refund or exchange another new item for you.Please kindly contact us for the return at first within 48 hours after receiving the item.

The returned item must be in perfect condition,as it was sent to you,has not been altered and has not been worn.If there is any dust,dirty spots,change and so on,we shall not offer refund.We offer FREE REPAIR on your dress!But the postage to send it back and re-shipping cost to you will be both on your account.It is required that the item or dresses should be returned to us within 14 days after the return request is accepted.

Delivery Date

Each Wedding dress is handmade,and the delivery period varies from 14 to 45days after the order payment and color ,size and style confirmation by you,and some styles even have a delivery period of ablout 60 days.We have many orders when peak season.if your wedding date is very tight, you must communicate with us in advance to confirm the time.
