This is a knit and does stretch, so I’ll give you the flat measurements and the biggest I think it can reasonably stretch to. Measures 14” across the shoulders, 32” to 38” through the bust, 26” to 30” at the waist, 32” to 38” through the hips and length is 49” to longest point and 36” to shortest. Sleeves are 37” long from shoulder seam to cuff; remember they come down all the way over the hand. Length from top of shoulder to dropped waist seam is 20” on the shorter side.

Has very full skirt with asymmetrical hem, long narrow stretchy sleeves that come down over the hand and have a loop to hook over the finger and fitted bodice. Pulls on with no Fabric is stretchy nylon with lining in body, sleeves and lower part of skirt are unlined. No label. Excellent condition with no holes or stains. True colors are true red with multi colored sequined trim.

**A note on measurements: I like to give measurements on items rather than a numerical size as I find this to be a much more precise way of determining size. If the garment I have measures the same as a garment you have, you can be assured of a good fit. If you have any questions about how I did the measuring just email!
