1960s/70s maxi dress in a pretty navy blue and white floral print. Rolled turtle neck collar with tails that tie in the back behind the neck. Gathers at the neckline below the collar. The fabric is a matte satin polyester. There is nylon zipper up the back. Unlined. It comes with a white patent leather belt. Shown with and without belt. Good condition. No maker's labels present.
