And of course that amazing touch of ermine fur at the collar and down each sleeve! You do see these with ermine collars but this is the first I have seen with sleeves like this. They are each a bell sleeve - widening as the come to the cuff and then looping under to the inner lining so they puff out at each wrist. The collar is also extraordinary - it is set almost off shoulder and crosses over itself. It closes with huge jeweled buttons offset as was the flapper fashion. The inside is in excellent condition with no shattering. Really a killer piece and strong and wearable for years to come! Extraordinary!

The coat is fully lined in cream silk satin that is in excellent condition. It has a tie on the inside waist and then closes with offset rhinestone encrusted metal cut out button and loops on the outside. It has a good weight to it but is not unwieldy to wear. There is a hidden inside pocket with ruffles edge along one seam inside. The fur is in excellent condition.
