Vintage 80s-90s secretary dress made of great quality soft polyester ‘silk’ done in red with a multicolored print. Wrap construction closes in front with snaps & hooks. Surplice blouson bodice, elasticized waist in back, belt loops (no belt included), side pockets, pleated short sleeves, and fantastic puffed shoulders with light shoulder pads (removable) & puffs for structure.
