70's maxi skirt in a bold black and white color blocking with a beautiful bright psychedelic floral pattern. It has clear iridescent sequins on the white striped areas. It is made of a nice medium-weight pique cotton fabric. It features a high flat, fitted waist with a back nylon zipper and 2 hook & eye closures. It has a long flowing ankle-length sweep.
