The Kupa Wrap Dress draws quietly from the kimono — a deep crossover V neckline, wide panels of fabric folding across the body, the whole thing gathered and held at the waist by a long tie. It wears with the ease of something thrown on and the presence of something considered.

Cut from 100% linen, the fabric has natural texture and weight — substantial enough to hold the wrap silhouette cleanly, breathable enough to carry across seasons. The inside holds a secret: a full cotton lining printed with Buddhist calligraphic passages, revealed only when the garment opens. It is a private detail, and the more meaningful for it.

Two belts are included — one in the plain linen, one cut from the calligraphy lining fabric — the choice of which to wear alters the character of the whole piece entirely. A tab and button closure at the hem offers a further option, allowing the silhouette to shift from a sweeping open hem to something more structured and gathered.

Internal ties secure the wrap beneath the outer sash, so the silhouette stays composed as the wearer moves. Three-quarter sleeves, large patch pockets, and a long hem complete a piece that wears equally well open as an outer layer or closed as a standalone dress.
