Serrated Press-Fit Bushings-Metric (SPM)

Bushings are similar to PM bushings, but with top serrations to prevent rotation in soft materials. SPM bushings are recommended in high-torque situations for materials such as magnesium, aluminum, masonite, or wood. Serrations also resist axial force to prevent pushing the bushing through the jig plate.

Counterbore on Small Drill Sizes

Metric bushings with small drill sizes through 0.80mm are counterbored 1.00mm diameter with 3mm drill-bearing length, according to ANSI standards, to eliminate binding and heat buildup.
